Founding Team

Jamyan (Jam) brings 15+ years of experience at the intersection of brand design, business strategy, and innovation. He specializes in building brands from the ground up and launching new products and services, ensuring every solution is viable, human-centered, and drives strategic growth.

Previously, as part of IDEO Shanghai’s leadership team, Jam led multidisciplinary teams and partnered with C-level executives to launch human-centered products, services, and ventures.

Before IDEO, he led the Technology Portfolio at Edelman, working with top brands including Airbnb, Google, Tableau, Duolingo, Amadeus, and HP.

Nath

Founding Team

Nath brings a decade of experience as a multidisciplinary designer and creative consultant, specializing in brand design, brand experience, and product innovation.

He has worked across diverse industries—including F&B, fashion, consumer goods, and art — bringing brands to life for global clients such as Google, Louis Vuitton, Fujitsu, and the Bangkok Art Biennale.

With experience at leading global design agencies and his own consulting practice, Nath has worked extensively in both Europe and Asia. He is also a collaborative partner for IDEO Asia.
